Authorize to enter into a contract with SMGately Consulting, LLC, Duxbury, MA, for an amount not to exceed $255,600, to assist the Department in its work in INV 2023-003, Investigative Proceeding Relative to Telephone Number Conservation, to converse numbering resources in New Hampshire with the goal of extending the exhaust date for the 603 area code. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend the contract for an additional three years. 100% Other (Special Utility Assessment)
