Authorize to approve a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan agreement with the Loon Estates Cooperative, Inc., Northwood, NH, in the amount not to exceed $1,300,000, to finance water system improvements as detailed in the letter dated May 20, 2024, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq.
