Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Pro City Facilities Services, Inc, Manchester, NH, in the amount up to and not to exceed $2,095,810.20 for janitorial cleaning services. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2024, whichever is later, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to an additional two-year period.
