Authorize to hold a public hearing and passage of the resolution under RSA 162-A:18 approving the execution of the standard contract entitled “Capital Access Program: Lender Participation Agreement” of The Business Finance Authority of the State of New Hampshire with Service Federal Credit Union to determine that the contract will serve a public use, provide public benefit, and the proposed participating bank is qualified to participate. Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure CAP loans will be made under the requirements of the Act, the contract complies with RSA 162-A:12, and reasonable precautions have been made to minimize loss, all within the policy and authority of the Act.
