Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association d/b/a New Hampshire Training Institute on Addictive Disorders, Concord, NH, in the amount of $1,169,000, for the provision of a high-quality competency and skills-based professional development training program that addresses the needs of New Hampshire’s Alcohol and Other Drug Continuum of Care System workforce. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 38.41% Federal Funds, 61.59% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
