Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, Inc., Little Rock, AK (originally approved by G&C on 8/26/20, Item #14), for the continued provision of program evaluation and data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Continuum of Care System, by increasing the price limitation by $903,266 from $1,609,900 to $2,513,166 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
