Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to enter into a sole source agreement with Maine Technical Source, Inc., Yarmouth, ME, in the amount of $30,740 for the purpose of providing a department-wide subscription to SmartNet licenses needed to use and operate the Department’s four Global Navigation Satellite System units. The agreement provides for 2,500 hours of use in each licensing year. Effective upon G&C approval through May 25, 2027. 24.7% Federal Funds, 6.3% Other Funds, 69% Highway Funds
