Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Northeast Earth Mechanics, LLC, Pittsfield, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $1,042,166.50, for culvert replacement on Route 121 in Auburn, NH, 600 feet west of Bunker Hill Road. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $104,216.65 for payment of latent conditions that may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 22, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
