Authorize to amend existing contract with Symphony Diagnostic Services No. 1, LLC d/b/a Tridentcare 1, Sparks, MD (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #115), by increasing the price limitation by $395,900 from $593,850 to $989,750 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026 for the provision of On-Site-X-Ray, Electrocardiograph, and Ultrasound services.
