Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing Lease Agreement with NH #1 Rural Cellular, Inc., Chicago, IL (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #31), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Federal Hill Fire Tower, Milford, NH by extending the end date from September 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. (2) Further authorize to accept the annual rental payment of $32,053.59 in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. Effective upon G&C approval.
