Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to renew Camp Lot License Agreements for 9 camp lots at Umbagog State Park for a 5-year term at the rents shown on the Umbagog State Park Licensee/5-Year Rent Schedule, as detailed in the letter dated May 6, 2024. (2) Further authorize to accept the annual rent payments over the 5-year term in the amounts shown in the letter, totaling $21,057 per year. Effective upon G&C approval for the period August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2029.
