Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to renew Recreational Residence & Site License Agreements for 91 camp lots at Nash Stream Forest for a 5-year term at the rents shown on the Nash Stream Licensee/5-Year Rent Schedule, as detailed in the letter dated May 6, 2024. (2) Further authorize to accept the annual rent payments over the 5-year term in the amounts shown in the letter, totaling $114,525 per year. Effective upon G&C approval for the period August 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029.
