Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with Gannett Fleming, Inc., Harrisburg, PA (originally approved by G&C on 5/19/21, Item #75), to prepare a Supplemental Watershed Plan for four flood control dams in the Souhegan River Watershed located in the Town of Temple – Sites 12A South and 12A North Dike (Senator Charles W. Tobey Dame, Site 25B (General James Miller Dam), and Site 26 (Timberdoodle Dam), by extending the end date from March 31, 2024 to September 30, 2025, and increasing the agreement amount by $69,930 from $997,976 to $1,067,906. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
