Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Boston Express Bus, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/16/08, Item #214), to increase the contract amount by $3,478,000 from $23,798,557 to $27,276,557. This amendment will enable Boston Express to continue providing daily bus service for commuters and travelers along the I-93 corridor between Londonderry-Salem-Boston. (2) Further authorize to extend the contract completion date from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval or January 1, 2026, whichever is later, through December 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
