Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Instructional Support to enter into a sole source contract with Adelaide Services, Inc., Arden, NC, in the amount of $93,257 to support the Migrant Education Program by providing identification and recruitment efforts that involve targeted outreach and collaboration with community organizations and agribusinesses to identify and enroll eligible migrant students, ensuring educational and support services to students and families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
