Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with FACTS Education Solutions, LLC, Lincoln, NE, in the amount not to exceed $2,941,871, to deliver fiscal agent services on behalf of the New Hampshire Department of Education to eligible teachers who work towards teaching Computer Science in the state. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. (2) Further authorize an advance payment in the amount of $100,000 to FACTS Education Solutions, LLC for Industry Recognized Credentials fees, stipends, and reimbursement, in accordance with the terms of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
