Authorize to retroactively enter into a subgrant with the Department of Health and Human Services, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $1,306,071, from the Federal Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program for the purpose of continuing activities under the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. Effective October 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
