Authorize to enter into a contract with Electronic Risks Consultants, Inc., Phillipsburg, NJ, in an amount up to and not to exceed $932,624, for lab equipment maintenance and repair. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for up to an additional two-year period.
