Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., Redlands, CA, in the amount up to and not to exceed $2,114,130.83, for geographic information systems software and training services. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2028, with the option to renew for up to an additional two years.
