Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to enter into a sole source agreement with Maine Technical Source, Inc., Yarmouth, ME, for $10,000 to purchase preventive maintenance services, and necessary repairs to the Department’s total station robotic survey instruments, and to an unmanned surface vehicle (USV or watercraft “drone”), peripheral equipment, accessories, and supplies. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Highway Funds
