Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc., Florham Park, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 9/3/14, Item #14), to continue providing Electronic Benefits Transfer Services, by increasing the price limitation by $405,000 from $4,754,097 to $5,159,097 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 42% Federal Funds, 58% General Funds Division for Children, Youth & Families
