Description
Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated March 29, 2024, for the provision of Recovery Oriented Step-Up Step-Down programs for individuals 18 years of age or older, with long term and/or severe mental illness, by exercising contract renewal option by increasing the total price limitation by $4,000,000 from $4,000,000 to $8,000,000 and extending the completion dates from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
