Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., Manchester, NH, for an amount not to exceed $727,595, for preliminary design public involvement process, final design, and associated environmental and cultural services for rehabilitation or replacement of the existing bridge carrying NH 127 over the Blackwater River in the Town of Webster, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
