Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $9,625,850.90 for 19.1 miles of pavement resurfacing on 2 sections of Tier 2 roadways in four towns (Westmoreland, Walpole, Charlestown, Claremont) in Districts 2 and 4. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $962,585.09 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 24, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
