Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into an agreement totaling $2,029,500 with the City of Manchester, NH, to provide funding and services under the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program through a NHDOT direct managed local project administration process. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027 unless extended by the Department in accordance with standard specifications. 80% Federal Funds, 20% Other Funds
