Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively award a grant to the City of Concord, NH, in the amount of $32,000, for the American Rescue Plan Act funding to offset a decline in revenues arising from diminished airport operations and activities as a result of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency for the Concord Municipal Airport, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval from January 20, 2020 through January 25, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
