Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Vermont Recreational Surfacing & Fencing, Inc., Monroe, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,056,271.50 for guardrail replacement and updates on US Route 3 in Pittsburg, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $205,627.15 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 18, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
