Authorize, on the benefit of the Department of Safety, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Coforge, Inc., Princeton, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #27, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $233,520 from $11,512,025 to $11,745,545 to develop a scanning workflow that will allow staff to scan approximately 400 thousand paper fingerprint cards to create digital copies. Effective upon G&C approval through May 30, 2026. There is no extension of the overall contract completion date of August 31, 2027. 100% Interagency Transfer of Federal Funds
