Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #65), for the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program, by extending the completion date from March 31, 2024 to June 30, 2024, changing the amount of the program from $576,125 to $448,051.36, and changing the scope to authorize onetime supplemental payments of $742 to eligible customers that applied for the program by March 31, 2024 totaling $203,308 within the updated price limitation of $448,051.36. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
