Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee item (originally approved by G&C on 4/20/22, Item #68), by extending the end date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025 and to accept and expend an additional $3,550,000 of American Rescue Plan State Fiscal Recovery Funds for the purpose of continuing to fund improvements and upgrades at the state fish hatcheries. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 17, 2024.
