Authorize to enter into a contract with Enthalpy Analytical, LLC, North Little Rock, AR, in the amount of $200,000, to fund laboratory analytical services to identify sources of emerging contaminants in source water protection areas throughout New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
