Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to accept and expend $1,418,911 program funds from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Federal Grant Program to support highway safety partners including the NH Office of Highway Safety, NH State Police, Department of Justice, Department of Safety Hearings and various Media Partners (to support highway safety campaigns through messaging and outreach) with a focus on eliminating the number of deaths on NH roadways caused by impaired driving. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 17, 2024.
