Authorize to enter into a two-year contract with BioReference Health, LLC, Elmwood Park, NJ, in the amount of $778,508.66 for the provision of On-Site Clinical Laboratory and Phlebotomy Services. Effective upon G&C approval for the period beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, with the option to renew for one additional period of up to two years. 100% General Funds
