Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.L. King & Associates, Inc., Merrimack, NH, for a total price not to exceed $878,600 for Discovery Center Mechanical Replacements and Controls project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2024, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 34% Capital-General Funds, 66% Federal Funds-APRA. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses for Discovery Center Mechanical Replacements and Controls. 100% Federal Funds – ARPA. (3) Further authorize a payment of $50,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. 100% Capital – General Funds.
