Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 8/18/21, Item #19), by transferring $60,000 and extending the end date from May 31, 2024 to June 30, 2025. (2) Further authorize to accept and expend funds from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, entitled New Hampshire Initiative to Address COVID-19 Health Disparities under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, which contained the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021, in the amount of $1,917,015. (3) Further authorize the funds to be allocated as detailed in the letter dated March 27, 2024. (4) Further authorize to continue the full-time temporary position, SOC-CMTY SVC MGRS-2, to manage the contracts that are being extended. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on April 19, 2024.
