Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #33), to continue providing early childhood health services and referral coordination to families with children, birth to three years of age, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $30,000 from $520,000 to $550,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to May 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
