Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to convey to Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy, as easement located on the westerly side of the southbound travel lane of Interstate 93 in the Town of Londonderry, NH, totaling 41,699 +/- square feet in size, as detailed in the letter dated March 27, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval and will mitigate the damages to the easement holder.
