Authorize to accept and expend $558,134 in Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Funds from the Department of Environmental Services, per a Memorandum of Agreement approved by G&C on October 15, 2025, Item #48, to fund the purchase and replacement of certain NHFG vehicles. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 100% Volkswagen Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 19, 2025.
