Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Labor, to exercise a sole source contract renewal option with Hyland Software Inc., Westlake, OH (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, Item #71), by increasing the price limitation by $1,218,395.44 from $1,380,182.32 to $2,598,577.76 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2028 for the continued licensing and training services for DOL’s Electronic Document Management System. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the DOL to reimburse DoIT is 100% Other Funds
