Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to accept and expend American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds in the amount of $1,000,000 for the purpose of improving the statewide trail system damage caused by historic rain and flooding events in 2023 across New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on April 19, 2024.
