Description
Authorize to award a grant to Lakeview Condominium HOA, Enfield, NH, in the amount not to exceed $150,000, for water system improvements under the provision of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with Lakeview Condominium HOA, in the amount not to exceed $350,000, to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1300 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
