Description
Authorize to enter into an agreement with First Light Power Services LLC, Burlington, MA to reimburse NHDES for costs related to operating and maintaining United States Geological Survey stream flow gages as the Ashuelot River in Hinsdale and on the Connecticut River in North Walpole, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for a term of 15 years.
