Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source lease agreement with the County of Sullivan, Newport, NH, for an amount not to exceed $236,340 to provide courtroom and office space comprised of 16,206 square feet for the Sullivan County Superior Court and 5th Circuit-Probate Division – Newport Courthouse located at 14 Main Street, Newport, NH.
