Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Amoskeag Health, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/8/23, Item #18), to continue providing Child Development Services to children from birth through six years of age and their families, who the Department has determined, or suspects, are at-risk for altered or delayed developmental progress, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,240,000 from $930,000 to $2,170,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 25% Federal Funds, 75% General Funds
