Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing grant agreement with the New England Rural Health Association, Barre, VT (originally approved by G&C on 4/7/21, Item #14), to provide Critical Access Hospital staff with access to educational certifications and trainings and expand services for additional training opportunities and workshops for healthcare facility staff by increasing the price limitation by $87,179 from $76,182 to $163,361, with no change to the contract completion date of August 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
