Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Pyramid Model Consortium, Missoula, MT (originally approved by G&C on 5/18/22, Item #26), to continue providing Professional Development Services for Inclusive Practices and Social Emotional Development in Early Childhood Care and Education, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $1,605,736 from $802,986 to $2,408,722 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2028. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
