Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into an Agreement with Cambridge Systematics Inc., Medford, MA, for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000, for Strategic Planning Services for various transportation projects located throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2029.
