Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $9,738,338.95 for pavement preservation of five sections of roadway within seven Towns in District 3, including: Barnstead, Alton, Meredith, Center Harbor, Sandwich, Tamworth and Gilford, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $486,916.95 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 19, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
