Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with the Granite State District Export Council, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #99), for the purpose of providing financial administration, oversight, and reporting services in compliance with federal grants received under the State Trade Expansion Program, by exercising a contract renewal option to increase the price limitation by $395,956 from $229,988 to $625,944 and to extend the completion date from December 30, 2024 to December 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
