Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a retroactive and sole source contract with Romik Developers, LLC, Berlin, NH, in the amount of $82,500 to perform necessary emergency trail repairs on existing off highway recreational vehicle trails within Jericho Mountain State Park.
